If I have not started your order yet before the refund is requested
If an order is expected by a certain date and I have not gotten back to you within 3 business days of said date.

You've decided to cancel the order once I've already started (refund given depends on the amount of work already completed on the commission)
You've gone against my Terms of Service in a minor offense

The work is complete and you decide to cancel
